POSITION DESCRIPTIONS

Concierge/Front Desk Clerks Experience in working directly with the public and extensive computer skills required. Customer service/multi-tasking skills necessary due to extensive guest interaction: address guest questions and concerns, answer phones, take reservations, check in/out guests, data entry and promote NACT and surrounding area activities. In addition, willingness to assist in other departments as needed. $9.00 per hour training wage, $10.00 per hour once independence is achieved.

Rental Agent/ Naturalist Guide Experience in professional guiding, driving 15 passenger van with trailer, able to lift canoes and kayaks independently, and must possess exceptional customer service. Must possess current First Aid and CRP certificates. In addition, willingness to assist in other departments as needed. $9.00 per hour training wage, $10.00 per hour once independence is achieved.

Maintenance / Groundskeeper Experience in exterior and interior building maintenance, operation of lawn care equipment, and pool maintenance. Able to drive a 15 passenger van with trailer and lift canoes and kayaks independently. In addition, willingness to assist in other departments as needed. $9.00 per hour training wage, $10.00 per hour once independence is achieved.

Head Housekeeper Prior supervisory experience in housekeeping at a hotel required.  Must be able to supervise others and work as a housekeeper.  Multiple languages is recommended. $10.00 per hour

Recreation Resource Supervisor Prior supervisory experience and practice in professional guiding.  Required to guide, drive 15 passenger van with trailer, and must possess exceptional customer service. Will assist in accessing existing programs and will create new programs to generate additional revenue.  Includes supervising guides and rental agents also creating stewardship with surrounding parks and preserves.  Must possess current First Aid and CRP certificates, and have a strong computer background. Front desk clerk experience is recommended.  In addition, willingness to assist in other departments as needed. Salary range begins at $550 per week.
