TRANSPORTATION
We will provide free transportation from pick-up points in Fresno and Visalia. You are responsible for any costs associated with travel to these pick-up points. Upon completion of your work agreement we will provide free transportation back to Visalia or Fresno. We must know at least three days in advance if you require a pick-up and transportation to the park.
LOCATIONS
Grant Grove: Located in Kings Canyon National Park, this area offers guest cabins, a new 30 room lodge, a restaurant, gift shop and market. This facility is open year-round and includes a winter cross country ski touring center. Employees reside in rustic cabins or our 30 site RV park with full hook-ups. Grant Grove maintains a summer staff of approximately 65 employees, plus the company's seasonal administrative staff numbering about 45.
Cedar Grove: A peaceful, isolated lodge located on the Kings River in the heart of Kings Canyon National Park, Cedar Grove is located one hour from Grant Grove at the end of a winding mountain road to the bottom of Kings Canyon. Guest facilities include 18 guest rooms, a small cafe, market/gift shop, public showers and laundry. This is a popular trailhead area for many back country routes. Cedar Grove's 20 employees reside in trailer-style housing or use their own RVs in our full hook-up sites.
